Significant Bugs:
Game can't properly exit, you dhould manualy hit thr button in steam, or it will stuck as "running".
Well, I am not encouraging unethical obtaining, but I replace my legitimately bought game files with obtained version from other sources, and lags are completely gone. Looks like that's steam version's problem, or at least, publisher's issue.
