It runs well on 5700g and igpu. With AMD FidelityEye enabled i am getting an average of 45fps and that is good.

Game crashes on autosave. Disabling autosave can help with freezes.
I recommend switching shadows quality from Ultra to High for a very good performance boost. Also there is an fps lock, you should siable it. Open folder \common\Risen 3\data\ini, then ConfigDefault.xml and edit FPSLimitToRefreshRate="true" to FPSLimitToRefreshRate="false". Save this file and start the game. Disable vsync in game
