Tried everyone else's suggestions here but couldn't get it working
MANGOHUD_CONFIG="fps_limit=60" mangohud %command%
Under steamapps/compatdata/553850/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Roaming/Arrowhead/Helldivers2/user_settings.config I made sure fullscreen = false maximized_window = true and I also had borderless_fullscreen = true
I tried everyone elses suggetions here and also switched to Valve's hotfix version of proton specifically made for this game. But the furthest I got was past the intro E3 trailer and just past the loading screen where it says like "Recieving transmission..." but as soon as I saw my guy in the drop pod the game freezes. though more often times it freezes on the Recieving transmission loading screen.
Had no issues
I don’t know what the performance is like in Windows but I had some minor frame issues with the default high setting I put it to medium and have now enjoyed 120+ fps and no other issues
I played this as a client with a host who was using Windows so I can't really say anything to the save problems other people are having
Only bug I have seen is that the browser source for the TVs do not work. It just shows a white screen the devs appear to be a aware of this and hopefully are working on a fix at some point
