Into cutsceen/video isn't decoded properly and your screen becomes a colourful mess for a couple of minutes. The gameplay afterwards is fine and you don't really need the video to experience the game.

Using the valve index in 120fps mode my SteamVR resolution scalling was allready set to 100%. I've not experienced the eye spacing issue that other reports have.
