Native linux port doesn't work! I used Proton version 4.11-13. A newer Proton version doesn't work for me with this game! No launch options.
Unfortunately, occasional slowness and occasionally missing textures and models will make player's experience not enjoyable.

The configuration file located at /STEAM_GAME_INSTALLATION_FOLDER/steamapps/compatdata/9350/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Local Settings/Application Data/Gas Powered Games/SupremeCommander/Game.prefs needs to be updated manually. In particular, change the line "primary_adapter = '1680,1050,60'," according to your resolution. Then it works perfectly.

The native linux port is broken and is not starting up at all. The game worked only with Proton.
Worked only on the latest stable Proton (6.3-4). Didn't work on Proton Experimental and older Proton versions at all. I had to add the following command line arguments in order to make it work: PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
Add the following to the command line options in order to run the game: PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
