You need to install UPlay first. I had copy the UPlayInstaller.exe in the UNO Game Data folder and rename UNO.exe to UNO2.exe and rename UPlayInstaller.exe to UNO.exe, then start UNO via Steam, install UPlay and then delete the UplayInstaller and rename the UNO2.exe in UNO.exe
