Graphics settings don't seem to affect performance much. No upscaling technology provided to help performance. Overall playable on a handheld but not optimal.

Has built-in Steam Deck graphical preset with limited customizability. Runs mostly 40-45 FPS with stutters. Traversal areas will dip into the 30s. Certain areas have bugged lighting on Steam Deck preset. Using SteamDeck=0 unlocks full graphic options but has much worse performance.
Runs perfectly at high FPS on the Steam Deck, no tinkering required.
Render scale to 70% from default 90%.
Rarely, terrain doesn't load when fast travelling, causing gravity deaths.
Use Steam Deck preset and lower Shadows and Effects to Low.
Set Render Scale to 70% for huge battery life gains.
Game is also stable at 80%+ render scale but has much more GPU utilization.
Use ReShade and apply Sharpening filter to counter render scale blurriness.
XeSS does not improve performance, only FSR does but both are not needed.
