Launcher is broken but can be bypassed.
Launcher may run on Proton-GE, but does a super long file check everytime it launches.
The delisted steam version is totally dead and unplayable due to shutdown. The re-launch by X-Legend mostly works with some tinkering: The Launcher often crashes, but if it doesn't it will run a file check for 30+ mins. This launcher can be bypassed with the "-game.bin" launch option. The game itself runs perfectly. My first install attempt was incomplete and all text in the game was replaced with "Er.001, Er.3840 etc." Reinstalling fixed the issue. The game uses the Launcher to update so manual updating might be required if the Launcher is unable to perform this (haven't had an opportunity to test)
Runs mostly fine, needs control mapping, and Shadows needs to be 'Low' or lower to prevent instant crashing when loading a game.
No official layout, no native gamepad support
Setting Shadows above Low instantly crashed the game when rendering 3d.
Set right stick response curve to "relaxed"
Changed physics to High, lowered lighting/shadow effects
Some text may be difficult to read for some
Occasional frame drops in some areas
Recommend changing some gamepad settings to make walking/slower movements easier to do when carrying physics objects.
