The game works since they changed the anti-cheat to Xingcode3. The launcher is completely black so you'll have to navigate it blindly. The main issue is the marketplace - it doesn't load at all. This issue can be somewhat alleviated by using BlackDesert+ mobile app. Performance is barely noticeably worse; not to the point where I'd rather be playing it on Windows.
Everything except the marketplace (the in-game one, not the $ shop) works. You can circumvent the black launcher issue by using the open source launcher by jsoctocat on GitHub. Gonna wait and see when someone figures out how to fix the marketplace issue which is the only thing that doesn't allow for full functionality.
