run "PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1 %command% -nointro" to have the game display high resolution Graphics, else it would feel like someone went with a wet sponge over an Aquarell
Doesnt start in Native mode
Doesnt start at all, tried to use different Proton versions, wont work since the new update, before the latest big update, I was able to get into the menu, with already low FPS, but never was able to start a round. Sometimes it just "starts" with a black screen, sometimes it gives me the crash message, that I would have to start via steam
Game works stable, didnt notice any bugs or Stutters
Runs completely fine out of the box, would recommend to use Vulkan to double the fps, deactivate motion blur, for its a useless feature
Fullscreen Problem fixed by running "+set r_fullscreen 0"
Mouse was a bit slower than it should in Doom 3, the other doom titles ran perfectly fine tho
You can play the game without any Problems at all in native mode, recommend running it on vulcan to double your Fps. Recommend to run on SSD
Game works with Proton experimental as if native
Runs fine, use proton 5.13 and you should have no problems
A few Microstutters in the beginning. Turn off VSync ingame to prevent input lag
Was able to play online with my friends without any issues
Game works as intended, only bugs encountered were the standard bugs for this early access game

You wont be able to run higher resolutions, this is due to The game being very old.
