Works great.
Not related to the game itself as it happens in multiples unrelated games. Sometime sound mess up I need to change audio output or restart Steam VR.

Native version fails. With Proton 4.2-9 it works great. Got some issues with some other version of Proton.

Crash when launching successive tutorial/games
Description of many tools/events etc… are missing.
No dialogue sounds by default but fixed with launch options WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=n,b" %command% as said by previous reporters.
For valve index controllers you should really use openvr_api.dll replacement from Oculus Touch controls emulation for Index or Cosmos controllers and apply appropriate bindings (see documentation and posts) which makes menus far more usable.
Good game but not full VR game. If you play it after Alyx you'll be disappointed by lack of interaction with world but it is not Linux related at all.

With Valve Index Controllers you might want to adjust your settings for better experience.
Great game. Just a few lag during some cinematics and at some few points in the game but nothing that breaks the gameplay or the ambiance.
Split screen
Game did not launch without proton experimental because of EA launcher.
Need to update uplay using following command in a console : protontricks 33320 uplay (Inspired from this comment)

Running the game apparently does not prevent the computer from going to sleep. Maybe another trick to find about this or just use caffeine-ng while playing.

I had to force proton experimental because of EA App. at some point I also had to delete wine prefix folder.
I just wish that EA stop forcing use of his launcher or at least take care to not break it on Gnu/Linux.

Unable to use my gamepad it constantly moves.
Typical Elder Scroll IV bug. Animation slows down over game time. Not Linux specific. It can be fixed same way as on windows.
It just too laggy to be playable. This is sad.
Not fluid at all when you move your head around.
Hard to know in what direction you walk.
Intro was playable but when I get in wizards inn it is just really laggy and unplayable.
