The native version is frankly borked, and to complete the game I had to switch between native and Proton three times.

Instability:Frequently
Native version has at least two crashes that prevent progressing in the game. Through Proton I experienced crashes with increasing frequency during the Xen levels, because the game "ran out of memory address space", even on the lowest texture quality setting.

Native: Flickering shadows, Flashlight does not illuminate objects or produces unexpected colours
