Works decent out of the box. However, it'd be better if you change the graphic settings to look like this:

Graphics: 100% Shadows: Low Reflections: Off Performance: stable 60 fps in combats and menus, and 38-60fps while traversing zones. I haven't noticed stuttering when the fps jumped to 40 or so, but you can limit the fps to 40 if you want to. Either case, works super well with these settings. The one that has more impact in the game seems to be the reflections. The game ran at 12-30fps for me with reflections on, so keep that in mind.
