The game is hard at the beginning, but it becomes awesome after you learn it and progress through campain.
Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton9-27, Set launch options
LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libgamemode.so mangohud %command% --nologo --waitforpreload
Everything just works. Vulkan gives me better FPS than DX12, so with nvidia 570.xx drivers I suggest to switch to it.

Vulkan works much better for me than DX12. Try it only with newer driver than 560.xx
