Much problems are probably cause of the bad hardware.
Settings are: 800x600; All lowest as possible
Results: 60 fps more or less stable.
Windows: easy more than 100 fps
I could'nt get Proton to work, because my iGPU wasn't supported by Vulkan used in Proton
