alt-tab freezes the game in fullscreen. using borderless solves this issue.

xbox one controller not detected by default. had to use steam to force controller on, then it took the game several seconds to recognize that a controller was detected in the menu

tried proton experimental, proton 7, 6.3 and GE-7.17 - none worked. also tried using all four with the PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 flag, but still does not work. usually does not even launch, sometimes launches into a message saying that "steamwork intialization failed", then only allows closing the application.
