Vanilla works great on 16gb of ram. If you want to heavily mod you will need 32gb + a large swap partition on SSD minimum

Everything is loaded into RAM, and seems to be less efficient than on Windows. Vanilla should work fine, but your mileage will vary depending on your amount of ram and amount of mods loaded.

Overall (online):Good
Mods that store audio files to use later such as skinwalker eventually take up quite a bit of space.
Running 16gb ram + a 34gb swap partition I still nearly max them both using popular mod packs.

Did not work well without GE-Proton. Switching from DX11 to DX12 from the game's patcher was a significant improvement as well.

Performance takes a huge hit after 30min to an hour if you don't enable steam overlay + manual Game Recording from Steam settings.
