Of course you can play it. But if you used to play at 50-60 FPS, this Cyberpunk 2077 on Linux will give you a headache in less then an hour.

Quick save using F5 doesn't work
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
FPS drop to 20 - 34 FPS while on Windows, I can get 40 - 60 FPS

Great, no FPS drop!
Quicksave is now working.
There are very light artifacts on the street, walls, etc., during roaming, but they don't annoy me. REDmod also works. Cyber Tweak Engine needs more configuration (protontricks).
