I had to modify the game data itself to get the game to work.
I had to edit the file: 'nplaycc1.c2g'
found in this folder: data/games/cc1/
and I removed all instances of: 'music "(whatever)"'.
The game then ran fine, just without the music.
No Music due to modification made
Used Proton GE 5.9 The game would not load with default Proton.
Audio from title/publisher intro and trailer video at the end did not work, all other in-game audio worked perfectly
Latest EAC update has broken the game for Linux users
Altough the initial use of EAC the game was using worked, the recent update seems to have increased what EAC does and the game will kick you out whenever you try to join a game. They seem to have 0 interest in enabling EAC support for Linux at the time of writing.
Game works perfectly, however there is a native version of the game that is available off of steam (if you buy via steam you get access to that) that also works perfectly.
Does not run for me at all.
Sadly, unlike others for some reason the game does not run for me. Tried various versions of Proton. None work.
