I tried to play the game and it showed a loading bar and when it was done it just didnt show anything, Steam said it was running but it didnt show it therefore is not playable.
Unknown(< 1 hour with Proton)Runs perfectly out of the box. The performance is decent, although there are some (non-proton-related) bugs, since it is only alpha version yet. But from proton-side, I can't see anything wrong.

Tested was the Game with High Setting. The Perfromance is great and everything works perfectly, only when you join a Match, the Mouse Input could be a bit broken, hitting the Escape Key will fix that. No tweaks are required.
