Tinker Steps:Changed configuration
Need to disable global illunination (probably lumen is used as the game is using UE5) via modifying the game's Engine.ini to get the game running at around 60fps on a fairly large (~50 people) server.
Append the following into Engine.ini (in /steamapps/compatdata/1369670/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/MotorTown/Saved/Config/Windows/)
[/Script/Engine.RendererSettings]
r.DynamicGlobalIlluminationMethod=0
The game will reenable GI when graphic settings is changed, but it won't override the changes in Engine.ini. So, if you change graphics settings, you will need to restart the game to disable GI again.
