Works perfectly. The funny thing is...there are no players.
This proton is not from Steam-client. I had to install a third-party proton to make it work.

the default mic sound is very thin. I cannot hear what others are saying.
After installing the game, the default resolution is very low and stretched. However, it can be changed to Full-HD once the in-game options are available.
Some times the frame rate drops but for a short period of time. Some times the loading screed freezes.
With very low probability, the loading screen freezes but for a short period of time.
Steam should use some of the codes in proton-6.0-GE-1 because it works better than the Steam-protons.

After setting the brightness, the game stuck in the black screen. I cannot play this game.

I don't know if the problem that I am having is only with my system. So if you're not experiencing the same problem it's all good.

Update to my previous report that some keys don't work while playing. I noticed that the issue only happens when I press Alt-Tab. So I no longer switch to another application by pressing Alt-Tab when I am playing. If I accidentally press Alt-Tab, I just need to relaunch the game and it's all good again.

Cannot press some keys when in-game, they don't work most of the time. Relaunching the game will make it work but after 1 game then the problem comes back.
As a Survivor, I am unable to select my equipment or activate character skills when pressing the assigned keys on my keyboard. Reloading the game will make it work but after 1 game the keys don't work again.

Change line 2, 4 & 10 to Capability=DirectX11 TargetPlatform=DirectX11 PCDXver=DirectX11
In file res_config.ini this should be located in the root of the game directory
Set Launch options set to "PROTON_USE_SECCOMP=1 %COMMAND%"
Ran with latest proton GE and launch option PROTON_USE_SECCOMP=1 runs great and dlc works aswell

Game crashes when loading the main menu.
I installed mfplat (although not sure if it is needed for the mp). You do need to use launch parameter 'PROTON_USE_SECCOMP=1 %COMMAND%'. Game starts in DX12 by default so I edited 'res_config.ini'. There are 3 lines there saying DirectX12. I changed them to DirectX11 and the game uses DXVK then instead but this does not help either. This game needs some Proton work.

Won't launch on Proton 5.0.5. Tried GloriousEggroll (5.5-GE-1) still didn't work.
Can't run game
It appears a dialog after crashing. Can't open a game window. Using Proton 5.4 GE-3.
