Good Game
The game has a substantial loss of performance, also noting that it does not run natively, but other than that it is fine according to what has been tested.

-novid
Currently there is an issue with intro video. Possibly with newer kernel versions. While developer's of the game are able to run it without any issues on Debian 9, you will be unable to start the game on Arch Linux with latest kernel without having -novid
argument.

crashes when map loaded. steamui also bugged.
Quite unreadable console fonts, got both ttf-ms-fonts and ttf-vista-fonts installed.

Menu UI is hard to read and some text in game.
Areas with a lot of players shooting with shading graphics dips framerate on 1280x800, better performance by lowering the resolution to 960x600

Game crashed sometimes, but inconclusive if this is exclusive to playing on Linux.
Native version does not work at all, proton experimental works, but crashed when changing maps. Latest GE seems to work perfectly.
It won't open at all.
It's an absolute blast. Runs very, very smoothly for a Source game with so many different models, great effects, and rampant chaos going on.
Unable to bind MOUSE4 or MOUSE5.
Limited crashing experienced while in borderless mode, alt-tabbed and maps were changing.

I used proton experimental and 7.04 and both of them were able to load the menu, but crashed when I tried entering a game. I tried using no compatibility tools, but it would crash on start.
