Kicked out of the round by EAC after 30 seconds to a minute. EAC Runtime was installed
After being kicked out of the round, all items in the store were free. Interesting
Anti Cheat just kicks you out of any match because it doesn't support Linux currently

Game runs and plays fine, but the multiplayer does not work.
7/10 probably needs an version of EAC with Linux Support.
I can enter a game for a couple seconds in the lobby and then it will crash, altough the game performence is AMAZING!
The error is as expected in EAC, it says "Interruption error". EAC has many compatibility issues with linux, i expected this error to occur because of this, i suggest to fix it with Wine or something, altough im not a professional at it

Tutorial worked fine. But after queuing trio and in the hub with party members after 20 sec I got a connexion failed error and quit the game automatically. EAC is the issue...
Broken after reforged update
Before the update, you could open the game but not play in multiplayer since EAC will kick you out. But now it doesn't open entirely
Multiplayer doesn't work because of EAC
The game work fine, the didacticiel was running without a flaw, not even a little artifact, but I can't play in multiplayer because of an EAC popup in the lobby before every game, that tell me that the connection was lost...
EAC work-around has been patched
As of writing this, EAC on Realm royale, paladins, and probably other games has been patched. The same issue that we had before with the obnoxious "Connection Interrupted" pop-up is back. I tried proton experimental and several different versions of GE to no avail. I guess we just wait for another update from GE or valve and hopefully the work-around is brought back.

I had to add the launch arguments for the game to even start. Once that is done, game runs amazing. No issues at all.
Didn't experience any issues while playing multiplayer
Game works great, EAC was broken on this game for a long time and since GE-Proton7-21 released, it works flawlessly.
Since the latest Proton Experminetal update, game runs flawless
easy anticheat popup error
I tried to put the paladins anticheat dlls but it still didn't work.
Game opens and runs very well, but after a few seconds after starting match crashes with an easy anti cheat error saying "connection interrupted".
Only works with Proton 6.21-GE-2. But works like native.
EAC splash screen then displaced game window.

No Longer Works, it only worked for a brief while until Linux support was disabled again. I have emailed Hi Rez and asked them to enable support again since it should be very simple for them, but I don't think it will happen.

TLDR you'll have a better experience on an SSD than a HDD
Significant stuttering near in game forges while shaders are being cached. Was extremely bad and nearly unplayable on an HDD, with patience and spectating through a few matches it can be made playable. As an experiment I moved the game to my SSD and deleted cache. The caching process was much faster on the SSD and the stuttering was much less severe and actually playable. Once you have a good cache, takes a good 5 full games in my case. The gameplay becomes smooth with the same or better fps than windows.

- Install protontricks from https://github.com/Matoking/protontricks#pipx-recommended 2. Use "protontricks 813820 dotnet40" command to install .NET 4.0; 3. Run SMITE from Steam; 4. If game dosn't start, then replace the EAC dlls in Realm Royal with the ones from Paladins. The dlls for Realm Royal that need replaced are located in /Realm Royale/Binaries/EasyAntiCheat and /Realm Royale/Binaries/Win64/EasyAntiCheat The dlls that you use from Palidans are called (EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll & EasyAntiCheat_x86.dll) located in Paladins/Bianaries/EasyAntiCheat And also tried it with VPN, but it says connection interrupted by anticeheat. :(

Just a black window that opens and closes again. With "Large Address Aware" the black window is the splash screen and still nothing
Sorry, I don't checked real online match. Game runs according to the instructions below, but crashes to the main menu after joining the match.
