Recomiendo limitarlo a 30 fps.

heavy stuttering when moving to new areas
Alright; for starters: the native version was completely unplayable for me. Only proton worked ok-ish.
However, using DX12 will result in heavy graphics artifacting, overflowing RAM, and sound glitches. I changed the version in the graphics menu. the game works ok-ish now with dx11 enabled at 30-40fps
no dx12 means you don't get XESS which could help with performance tho :/

9 TDP
Small text
You set the graphics to normal and then make the following modifications: Motion blur: off. Spatial reflections on the screen: off. Dynamic hair: low. AMD FidelityFX CAS: 50%. VSync: off. Smoothing: TAA. TDP: 9. FPS limits: 40. With these modifications I get 3 hours of battery

The startup launcher needs the usage of the touchscreen or a mouse

official control layout maps the right analog stick as mouse, which does not work good for camera control and especially aiming. Configuring it as joystick is recommended.
Having finished all three "new" Tomb Raider games on Deck, I have to say they all work perfectly fine in general. As mentioned here, the default control layout has a big error - the right stick is treated as mouse instead of joystick. So you won't hit anything when aiming ;) Change it, or use one of the many community provided control layouts that already fixed this, and you're good to go. Besides that point, there is nothing to complain about. You can set really high graphical options, the Deck has enough power to make this game run really good.

Provided you plan on cross-saving between a Steam Deck and Windows PC version of the game, I would not recommend playing it on Deck.
Limit to 45 fps.
Launching with the native Linux version (no version of proton selected in Steam) prevents saves made on the Windows version frrom being loaded or recognized.
If ran in Proton, it's required that you launch the game in desktop mode to change dx12 to dx11 in the launcher, otherwise the game won't launch. It will launch normally from game mode after this change.
The Proton version of the game, as compared to native Linux, performs worse. Anywhere from 5 to 10 fps lower.

Swapped Start with Select because the EGS version of the game swaps them for some reason
SteamDeck: 9W CPU TDP, 40Hz lock, FSR 4 Game: 1152x720, Exclusive fullscreen, Low preset, vsync ON, FidelityFX CAS 80%
cloud save sync doesn't work on EGS, must be done via syncthing or similar
slowdowns to sub-30 sometimes
Game may get stuck with black screen on first launch. Make sure to enable EOS Overlay in Heroic and start the game at least once in Desktop mode
After getting through manual config, cloud save sync manual config and the black screen issue (potentially caused by Heroic Launcher itself not installing EOS properly?), the EGS version of the game seems to run well enough on the Deck.
the start and select buttons have been swapped (it looks like this is a feature of heroic)
not significant fps drops
I made all the settings in Heroic. In the startup parameters, I chose Proton Experimental, limited FPS to 40, enabled Esync and Fsync. Launched the game. (with the steam button pressed, we control the right trackpad, select on RT) in the launcher, I unchecked dx12, set the resolution to 1152x720, turned on the full screen and the exclusive screen, AMD FedelityFX CAS by 80-85%. In fact, the game requires the mandatory inclusion of the EOS overlay. Closing it. in Heroic, we prescribe the game launch parameter -nolauncher and start the game again. The rest of the game's goafics settings were set to medium-low. On steam, I set the FSR to 4. The game works comfortably at 40-35 FPS. If you tried to run the game in dx12, then most likely it will crash on the screen of the manufacturers' logos. If you have not enabled the EOS overlay, the game will freeze after loading a new game, there will be a black screen, and the sound will be played.

Drops to 20fps
DX12 always crashes when Shadows are enabled, which is quite ironic given the name of the game. Shadows do work in DX11 though.

Profile and save game data need syncing outside of Steam Cloud:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Shadow of the Tomb Raider<user-id>
-vs-
home/deck/.local/share/feral-interactive/Shadow of the Tomb Raider/SaveData//
Play with stick sensitivity
40 fps/Hz, 50% resolution scalling, baseline high graphics with some more expensive effects toned down where bearable.
Launcher needs chorded mouse to use. Can be disabled for subsequent launches.
Profile and save game data need syncing outside of Steam Cloud.

The linux build states your cpu/gpu is not compatiable and sets the graphics to low, I managed to run it on medium with about 40-50 fps.
Whoever made the official controller layout didn't play the game, the controls work fine until you get to aiming where the right stick is mapped to mimic the mouse so its sensitivity is on another planet. Swapping to the official gamepad layout and restarting the game make it more tolerable.
Played great for around 15+ hours but now doesn't recognize gamepad or steam deck controls. Prompts are there but nothing happening when clicking. Mouse and keyboard still works.
Had around 6 hours played before on a PC. When downloaded on Steam Deck, had to replay because cloud didn't transfer.
Still works great but weird bug for the controllers that I can't seem to find out why.
The game ran pretty great for the most part, will experience some stuttering entering new areas but for the most part runs fine
The camera movement with the right stick is far too high by default so i reduced it to 110 - 130
Played at 800P at 50% resolution scale (640 x 400) - Fidelity CAS Enabled - Very low settings + Shadows + Ambient Oclusion - 30 FPS Cap - 7w Power limit The game wont look good but you'll get 2.8 hours of battery life
You can push the settings up to Med - High with a 10w power limit at 640 x 400 you'll get around 2 hours of battery life at 40FPS

The game is more stable on Steam Deck than on MacOS, which was my previous experience of playing the game.
Changed right stick from camera movement mouse to camera movement joystick.
When playing on battery I switched to 40hz and half-rate shading. Reverted when docked to monitor.
There was an incompatibility warning, which can be ignored, but as a result it defaults to the lowest graphic settings which can be adjusted once the game loads.
I need varifocals due to my age, I found I was peering over the top of them for close-ups more than usual. YMMV if you don't have old man eyes.
There were occasional crashes, but these have been a known issue on windows for a while. I've played for approx 70 hours on the deck and experienced 4 or 5 crashes. Game reloaded fine straight away and no progress was lost. No more than a minor annoyance.
Graphic settings will need to be adjusted as the installer thinks it's an incompatible potato and sets everything to the lowest. I found the High preset to be a good starting point, and then I turned vsync off, turned TAA and FidelityFX on. Motion blur, bloom, lens flare, screen effects are all off, but that's more personal prefs. At 40hz on native screen, it's a steady 40fps. Connected to a monitor at 60hz, it's consistently in the high 50's
Enable in-game FSR allows the game to be run with maximum graphic setting and maintaining 30-40 FPS.
Framerate set to 40 FPS.
A secondary launch window will show up, which you can disable for subsequent launches. Use either the touch screen or Steam Deck shortcut (Steam key + right stick and R2) to operate the secondary launch window.

Use the Official PS4 controller layout.
There is no crossave between the native and proton version. Lucky I could copy the save file from %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Shadow of the Tomb Raider\ to $XDG_DATA_HOME/feral-interactive/Shadow of the Tomb Raider/SaveData//
Main UI is mostly easy to read, except for tips and a few misc things.
When aiming a crossbow, the aim becomes extremely sensitive and impossible to hit enemies. I tried to reduce aiming sensitivity to lowest, but it wasn't enough. I haven't figured out a solution to this yet. I might try lowering the framerate, but I haven't tested this yet.
I have some save games on my Windows 10 installation that didn't carry over to the Steam Deck on initial launch of the game. So, I was forced to start over from the beginning of the game. Not sure why this happened.
Until I figure out how to aim without extreme sensitivity issues, I would consider this game unplayable on the Steam Deck.
Heavy texture artifacts, stuttering, sound crackling lead to an overall unejoyable experience.
FPS drops, stuttering
Use the native version if possible.
