runs perfictly as of making this report just the usual bugs from the game as it is early acces.
Does not make it past splash screen/EAC loading
'SteamDeck=1 %command%' and also 'SteamDeck=1'
Tried "SteamDeck=1 %command%" but crashes during EAC load. Used proton hotfix, Proton expiramental, and proton 9.0-4; Nothing worked so I gave up.
EAC Linux not enabled by devs.
Devs silently ignore feature requests to enable EAC runtime for Linux. Its not playable atm.
Game is unplayable as EAC refuses to launch it. Tried GE 9-9,. latest, experimental and 8.0.5 No joy.

Nothing past the EAC screen, I tried Proton experimental, GE, and 4.11-13. I also noticed that on Steamdeck it's playable so I tried SteamDeck=1 but same issue.
Game tries to launch but fails as soon as Easy Anti Cheat window pops up.
Looks like EAC isn't configured to allow Linux, means game is unplayable.
Initial loading screen opens up, though the game crashes once the EAC screen appears. Switching to older proton versions had no effect
Game's EAC likely isn't set to be compatible with linux, rendering the game unplayable.
Had no issues playing with experimental version of proton. Game works same as on windows.
Seems like they implement some kind of anticheat paches.
Sound is extremely important in this game, so this game is unplayable for me, even though gameplay seemed fine.
Audio is missing entirely; no audio slider for BoB in my system sound settings either.
Unknown(< 15 minutes with Proton)New to Linux and Pop os. Just installed under steam and didn't change anything (using steam play) but I do have good GTX 1080ti and I7 3770k 3.5 ghz 16GB Ram, As former Beta tester/former Moderator for Bob team, and server admin. I know Dev want & hope at some point too cook a native Linux client and server version, they just been very busy with current windows version. The current windows version seem playable under Linux with few hiccups. Its Ue4 game engine so prob why it runs good, Was able browse server and connect with no issues. :)
