Some of the text would have weird spacing or squishing, but nothing to make the game unplayable
Other than making the adjustment on the Proton version, it just works. Just use 3.7-8 like everyone else and it plays!

Never launches a window (stuck until I hit blue cancel button in Steam)
Tried many Proton versions, including 3.16 branch, 8.0 branch, hotfix, and experimental; tried forcing desktop to 1024x768 before launch (with 3.7-8); all have the same result
On the Steam Deck, I found it necessary to change the output resoultion in the game properties to something like 1024x768, otherwise it would fail to launch.
The game does not launch with newer versions of Proton.
Proton 3.7-8 seems to work fine.
Black screen for a second before crash to desktop
I have tried all versions of Proton, including the latest version of GloriousEggroll and I could not get the game to work whatsoever. It appears this plagues even Windows users. Best to avoid.
if you are having trouble with sound on linux mint, might i suggest switching to pipewire, it solved all my problems with pulseaudio

The game works good on video and input, however there is a very serious problem with unnatural crackling sound (not by design).

Plays perfectly (including controller). Cloud-saves also OK.

It doesn't start
