I had a recurring problem with fullscreen where I couldn't open my game anymore. It would begin after I used alt tab at some point of the game. Even closing and opening the game again would not fix the issue. The only way I found to bypass this problem (even if it sounds INSANE) was trying to open the window and initiliazing my screenshot software (Flameshot) at the same time, but this only seems to work on the main menu. Using bordeless windowed mode worked perfectly, tho.
I had performance issues in a lot of areas. Sub 40fps in almost all my play time. It's still playable, tho.
Very minor stutters when first starting out, likely shader compilation. Otherwise runs perfectly with no tinkering needed.
No changes perfectly runs with proton
game bad optimized as expected from pathologic, i think its not connected with proton
Pathologic has not been a particularly well optimized game in general; does have some strange FPS drops, especially at the theatre, but I assume these are because this is a demo of the full game
