Game works great once you set the game to be ran in a virtual desktop. Plays fine with the Deck itself, but plays better using keyboards.
Made game run in a 640x480 Virtual Desktop.
15 FPS, 3W TDP, 200 GPU, Half Rate Shading
Would recommend to play local multiplayer docked and with keyboards instead of using the controllers.
Would not run without being in a Virtual Desktop
As others have said, game is stuck at low resolution, but tbh I've experienced this on Windows as well and for a game that's now 27 years old that's excusable.
Controls need to be remapped to make the game playable.
Setting the game resolution to 640x480 under Properties->General and then checking "Set resolution for internal and external display" allows the game to be affected by the "Scaling Filter" performance setting, but it still won't fill the whole screen.
Using the on-screen keyboard for fill-in-the-blank questions when playing local multiplayer is not an ideal experience but it's still playable.
Not working.

As previously reported - runs perfectly well, but cannot rescale (which appears to be a limitation of the game, not of Proton, from other reports). Runs at 640 x 480 natively, but no other issues. Played a full 21Q game.

One 7 question game, no sound issues, works perfekt.

Working perfectly out of the box.

Same here, it’s not fullscreen and quite small. It’s better when you reduce your computer resolution, but on my laptop the lowest was not enough.
Seems to need 640x480 as per the Windows-only tip at https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=207020995

Not full screen, but still playable. Could not see any config options.
