WINE_FULLSCREEN_FSR=1 WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=d" %command%
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=d" %command% is necessary, without it the audio won't work properly.
Added FSR just for fun, I have a 1440p monitor and this game only supports up to 1080p by default.

WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=d" %command%
Without launch options there is no audio in cutscenes.
Audio in cutscenes works since GE-Proton8-2
I started only a few minutes of the game and i don't had any issues. Should be working.
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=d" %command%
SDL_AUDIODRIVER didn't work for me (seems only some versions of proton work), then i saw someone that installed FAudio and it worked, i kept looking and just one override not to use builtin xaudio was the only thing needed from the winetricks verb.
Installed FAudio to have audio in cutscenes.

Everything else seems to work. Just the audio in the cutscenes is missing. Using Proton 3.7-8 and the command line option seems to work.
SDL_AUDIODRIVER=winmm PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=40 %command%
Need to use Proton 3.7-8. No other version seems to work

Capped frames to 30 as point-and-click games tend to be slower paced
Full play-through with mouse and keyboard
No sound in pre-rendered cutscenes but most of them are only a few seconds short and have no dialogue (those that do still have subtitles).

Works good except no sound in videos.
No sound in video. SDL_AUDIODRIVER=pulse not help.
Played with Proton 6.3-8

It works and it is completable
Same thing as others mention: no audio in cutscenes
Game crashes on average once per hour. Not sure what triggers it but before crash dialog advances too fast or appears in the top left corner or characters just disappear and then game crashes without a message. Luckily, game autosaves every time you enter a location so never much progress is lost. I haven't seen it mentioned by anyone else so it could be just my setup.
Runs great out-of-box. The only issues are Fullscreen Mode (can't escape from FS) and Missing Audio in Cutscenes
Audio missing in cutscenes
Start Paramater to use PULSE fixes missing Audio: SDL_AUDIODRIVER=pulse PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=40 %command%
No sound out of the box. Fixed with start parameter to use PULSE audio:
SDL_AUDIODRIVER=pulse PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=40 %command%
Complete silence except the "Deadalic" loading animation. Gameplay seems OK.
Sound in opening video OK, but then no sound at all
Cut scenes audio is missing. Use launch options:
SDL_AUDIODRIVER=winmm PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=30
If you have cracking/popping sound, try to change second value to for example 20 or 40.
Cannot restore full screen after alt-tab
Use winetricks to install the dsound library: WINEPREFIX=$USER/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/230820/pfx winetricks dsound
No sound in videos. After installing dsound library the audio in videos will be fine, but there will be a crackle in the game...

added the following start options to Steam: SDL_AUDIODRIVER=winmm PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=40 %command%
When using Alt+Tab the game does not go back to fullscreen
As others have already mentioned, audio was not working in cutscenes. I was able to fix this by running with Proton 3.7-8 and then changing the launch options to:
SDL_AUDIODRIVER=winmm PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=40 %command%

To get sound in videos please force usage of Proton 3.16-4 for this title and add 'SDL_AUDIODRIVER=winmm PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=40 %command%' as launch options The external configuration tool does not work but you can just edit the 'config.ini' directly if you feel the need. Game runs perfectly after these tweaks

Playable, but no sound in cut scenes and dialog can advance too quickly at times which for this type of game is a serious issue.

No audio in cutscenes, otherwise stable and playable.

all Works perfekt, no issues

At first, stucks installing .NET. Used winetricks to install it: Game loads. Some minor bugs, and restoring full window problems, but seems folly playable. some cutscene sounds missing??

No sound at cutscenes; aside from that, it runs flawlessly.
