Definitely not yet fully optimised to run on Steam Deck yet from a performance, UI or controls point of view but does appear to be playable.
Medium quality graphics - disable shadows. UI scaling 120% (although this appears to have not done anything).
Some text is small on Steam Deck

I got it going in Bottles, the only Runner i tried that didnt work was Bottles default, Soda 9.0-1, however caffe-9.7 would find, so does GE proton, and so does wine-ge-proton8.26. i also needed to turn off VKD3D, which is just a simple toggle on Bottles under settings. everything else for permance wise seems good. Deep Learning Super Sampling, FidelityFx Super Resolution, Discrete Graphics, LatencyFleX, and FEral GameMode are all toggled on and it runs well. The FPS could be better, its capped at 60 i believe. so ill have to try and figure out how to unlock it now.
Works out of Box on Steam, have played for an hour or 2, no issues.
Some hitching ocasionally. Probably loading something?

Due to the difficult text and input issues, it would be hard to enjoy on steamdeck as is.
Proton Experimental
Text is very small and seeing inventory items is difficult. Practically unreadable.
Some interactions require touchscreen to perform - beleive this is due to state of game and not steamdeck specifc. I have the same issue on PC (requires mouse even with controller).
Installed game, but will not launch with any proton versions.

Great game, runs great as well!
Minor graphical stuttering every so often for a few seconds. Windows users seem to be having the same issue so I don't think it's a Proton/Linux issue so not reporting as such. Otherwise runs flawlessly.

menu background and loading screen replaced by missing texture image.
Very jittery, almost unplayable.
Tried a couple versions of proton, 6.3-8 was the first that loaded and last I tested.

Playing the demo - seems fine with no issues at all so far!
