If you experience odd flickering in the menus or stuttery first person aiming, try putting the game in windowed mode, and then right-clicking the game icon in your menu bar and fullscreening it through Wayland's more options menu. After doing this, you'll be able to set it back to windowed fullscreen and it will fix the flicker. (This is a universal fix in my experience and not just for this game.)
