Decreased TDP to 11 Watts
I've had a really great time playing this on my Steam Deck OLED and my Fedora KDE gaming PC. Only issues I've had so far:
- Some features require internet.
- Game settings will sync between devices. I.e. game resolution will sync between a Steam Deck and gaming PC.

Disable "Enable the steam overlay while in-game" to get past loading screen
Disable "Enable the steam overlay while in-game"
Known issue since June 2023 update. https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/6870
Had on crash when playing a race in Grand Prix mode, nothing else
Good matchmaking
Alt-Tab lead to a black unresponsive window.
Had 1 hitch per 15 lap private match with friend and 12 racers.
I had to change the resolution to make it best for me out of the box on my steam deck.
Had a crash once when starting an online custom game on the vehicle/livery selection screen.
Works out of the box. Features full controller support. Runs consistently at 60fps with high graphics options at native resolution.
Warning : the settings are shared between computers over the cloud. Setting a resolution/frequency unsupported by the Deck on an other computer makes the game fall back to 640x480/30, and the text is completely unreadable.

Local game works. No online. Slight framerate stutter.
Framerate stutter while racing.
Game works well other than multiplayer not being available and a slight framerate stutter while racing.
My ProtonDB log file shows 4 errors. I haven't begun to look into any of them yet. Will update this post if I do and find out anything new about them.
1- "err:steam:initialize_vr_data Could not load libopenvr_api.so."
2- "err:kerberos:kerberos_LsaApInitializePackage no Kerberos support, expect problems"
3- "err:winediag:ntlm_check_version ntlm_auth was not found or is outdated. Make sure that ntlm_auth >= 3.0.25 is in your path. Usually, you can find it in the winbind package of your distribution."
4- "err:ntlm:ntlm_LsaApInitializePackage no NTLM support, expect problems"

Couldn't create or join online lobbies. If you are happy with singleplayer that works fine
Can not create multiplayer lobbies

Launch fails
"Failed to initialize graphics. Make sure you have DirectX 11 installed, have up to date drivers for your graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration in display settings. InitializeEngineGraphics failed"

Runs perfect. Wasn't able to create a lobby, but I haven't checked Windows to see whether it works there.

Shutter a lot, especially when the track are not yet played before
Shutter on track,

I enjoy playing the game locally, not trying play it online
The button guide in the bottom not showing properly. More looks like a blank button. Also when you pause the game, it shows you some buttons guideline, the text is not clear.
Games work well in local modes (GP, arcade, etc) but no inline multiplayer modes
Can not get the friends times in time attack leaderboards, can't connect to friend's lobby in multiplayer mode
