Fullscreen stretches incorrectly making it blurry and windowed makes the ui be in the corner of the game

Didn't have to use Protontricks, worked flawlessly as is.

Despite the developer not supporting Linux (and repeatedly stating that it does not work on Linux), it works just fine with some tinkering.
Installed d3dcompiler_43.dll through Protontricks
Knuckle Sandwich has no native linux support, and it requires a bit of tinkering to get the game to work.
Step 1. Uninstall and Reinstall the game Step 2. Start the game and immediatly close it after it launches Step 3. Install Protontricks (it's in the discover store) Step 4. Launch Protontricks and in the list of games select "Knuckle Sandwich" and press "Ok" Step 5. Make sure "select the default wine prefix" is selected and press "Ok" Step 6. Select "install a Windows DLL or component" and click "Ok" Step 7. It should pull up a menu with a ton of checkboxes. Tick the "d3dcompiler_43" checkbox and hit "Ok" Step 8. Close out of Protontricks and enjoy the game!
Installed dll component: d3dcompiler_43

DEMO: The setup is midly frustrating, but it only takes about 15 minutes. You have to install a third party application.
DEMO: The game crashes midway through, and you are unable to progress. I tried wine, proton, proton ge, proton experimental, and even lutris with no sucess. The only thing that made the game work was bottles (you can install this from the discover store, if you have it).
