It is possible that some Vulkan 32bit libraries (if the card supports it) are not installed, which may cause the game to crash on startup. To resolve this, you need to make sure that all the drivers and libraries are installed correctly. In my case, the following error appeared in the terminal when starting steam: "vkCreateInstance failed -9". To resolve this, I simply installed some Vulkan 32bit libraries for AMD integrated graphics and everything worked.
