#Easy fix to get the music working.
Open up terminal and install fluidsynth.
sudo apt-get install fluidsynth
Before you play the game run the following command in terminal.
fluidsynth --audio-driver=alsa /usr/share/sounds/sf2/FluidR3_GM.sf2
This has to be done manually every time before you play the game.
