Cant get the game past 19fps even on the same settings as I was using on windows, can't seem to find away around it even using flags

The Binding of Isaac: Repentance
For some reason Repentence worked fined on Proton Experimental on Manjaro, but on OpenSuse I could only use the 5.0-10 version of Proton as the latest, other than that it works great :)
