Tinker Steps:Changed configuration
The only tinkering required is to change the installation location of the game files from the Steam(Deck) defaults to either an external storage or a new installation location at the /home location (create via Steam Setup). Then the game works without problems. Even the JAST Patch can be installed from the new installation location.

Change to Window FS Mode to have the full screen applied on the Deck
Does not run without the installation location fix
