Tinker Steps:Changed configuration
Had to run the underlying Proton Wine version to execute Regedit (link to relevant discussion) and add the following key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Enterbrain\RGSS3\RTP\RPGVXAce to take the RTP installed outside the Bottle with the following value: Z:\home\{USERNAME}\.local\share\Steam\steamapps\common\RPGVXAce\rtp.
Other option is to use the underlying Proton Wine to reinstall the RTP downloaded from another site.
