Audio fix:

1. If you haven't already, install winetricks.
2. cd into steam's "compatdata" directory (By default it should be in "/.steam/steam/steamapps").
3. cd into the "72850" directory (72850 is the app ID for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim)
4. Execute "WINEPREFIX=$PWD/pfx winetricks --force xact"
5. Enjoy the game (Thank you, Lysander, for the fix!)

Physics bug (Can be seen in game intro). Fixed by limiting frame rate using launch option.
