Demo game crashes with a javascript error

I only tried to play DEMO version. When I try to start the game, it gives a "A javascript error occured in the main process" error saying: "Uncaught Exception: Error: EINVAL: invalid argument... etc" Then steam says it's still running, but nothing really happens
