Tried changing Proton versions but none of them seem to work for me

Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 8.0-5
Installs:Yes
Opens:No

I used Proton GE (9-10, 9-4), Proton Experimental, Proton 9.0-2, Proton 8.0-5. The last keeps giving me error "Failure Steam Api Init.". I have no idea what to do else so I'll wait a few days and hopefully I will be able to play this game. Currently I can't even open the game. Nothing else I can do currently.

If my laptop could handle this game then any computer can. Just set this launch option "PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%".
