Tinker Steps:Set launch options, Changed configuration
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="ddraw.dll=n,b" %command%
go to your install folder, and open the CC2.ini file. Change this:
PlayVideos=1 to PlayVideos=0
Use launch option in game properties: WINEDLLOVERRIDES="ddraw.dll=n,b" %command%

Mouse does not always work in UI. Dialog boxes may need to be tabbed.
