Installed both using SteamPlay and Lutris, didn't work
First I manually installed the game, manually selected latest available Proton (6.x), didn't work, selected custom Pronto 5.13, didn't work. Tried installation through Lutris (added it to Lutris, installed in Steam) and didn't work either. I didn't get any errors, in Steam my status refreshed to Playing when running the game yet it never opened. I have 8GB swap, although I think it might be related to RAM.
I tried to run in out of the box once and it did't work at all. Perhaps it was my installation.
6.14-GE-2 GloriousEggroll
I followed GloriousEggroll installation guide both for Wine and its dependencies and the native Steam files with manual install.
The game required about a 2 or 3 minutes to boot.
Can't open up at all
I tried to launch the game using the custom GE-Proton provided by Garuda, made sure all the dependencies of Wine were installed, ran protonfixes. The game didn't boot at all, I tried to run the game with different settings D3D9, D3D11, V3DK, neither worked.
This problem also happened with a fresh installation of Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and it's shipped kernel.
Also tried Proton Experimental, 7.2, 6.3, 5.10. Neither booted up.
Furthest I could get was that Steam recognized the game as launched and executing, but after five minutes it never booted up. I'm using a single monitor setup so I don't think the window manager is messing with anything.
