Mapped DPad-Up (Healing) to right trackpad press.
Set all setings to the lowest except for shadows (medium) and anti-aliasing (low). Refresh rate set to 40fps.

Some effects (like one during the final boss) drops the framerate by a lot for a short moment.
Performance problems also exist on Windows according to many reviews so it's probably the game's fault.
Works flawlessly except for moving the window between workspaces.
Game sometimes crashes when I move it to another workspace under the i3 window manager.
Added jumping on R4.
Usually played with 50Hz. 40Hz if I wanted even more battery life.
Putting the Steam Deck ever to sleep even if the game wasn't running before causes common audio crackling during normal gameplay and interacting with the menus (opening the save menu, selecting gear, ...) makes it crack nearly every time. Restarting the system fixes it.
I tested lowering the resolution and upscale it with FSR for more battery life but the button prompts and text don't look good.
In The Empyrean's Throne the game would crash after starting a battle or going further than the very beginning after quick saving and loading that save. Fixed by leaving the dungeon and entering it again. Quick saving in the dungeon again didn't cause any problems.
FPS sometimes dips below 60
Played and finished the entire game on the Steam Deck except for less than 1 hour on my PC.
