My mouse would go to the other monitor while moving camera! Had to open winecfg of the game using protontricks 107410 winecfg and then Graphics > Check Automatically capture mouse in fill screen windows.

The native launcher doesn't really work. Disable it using: "%command% -nolauncher". Use Arma 3 Unix launcher if you want to load mods and DLC.
