This game is completely playable however the shadows and lighting are messed up. I managed to tweak around in the settings and changed around the shadow settings away from the default and, while it wasn't perfect, ran fine and is so close to becoming perfect.
After updating my video drivers from 390 to 418, this game has no shadow issues at all.
Runs identically to windows.
Can confirm that it works out of the box. Adding "-CustomResolution:enabled -r1920x1080x32 -f -intro:off" is a nice touch however due to the modified resolution, it starts to lag especially when zooming in and out. This also happens on windows, so the game works incredibly well in proton .
Still doesn't work by downloading through steam although it seems people are coming up with tweaks bit by bit. Hopefully this game will become usable in the next few proton updates.
Didn't work initially but after using the launcher tweak (renaming and swapping out the executables), runs as if it is running on windows!
