You need to download the d3dcompiler_47.dll to get around the "Fatal Error" error message, but after doing so the game works fine.

Used d3dcompiler_47.dll from https://www.dll-files.com/d3dcompiler_47.dll.html and placed it in {Gamedir}/motogp19/Binaries/Win64
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Performs slightly worse than on Windows, but only barely.
