Everything is perfect using old proton + windowed command and leaving 'default' in the display resolution (quality settings deselected)
Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 5.13-6, Set launch options

Battery Performance:
I set fps to 40, refresh 40, TDP and manual gpu at the minimum, even if it's not necessary
Secondary Launcher Problem:
There is start game and graphic card menu selection at launch. Start normally and card selection will come out. Select the SteamDeck graphic card
Difficult To Read Text:
The text can be maybe kind of small, but it's perfectly readable
Windowing:Other
I think the slow mouse in menu and inventory was solved by the windowed command, that seems not working.
I don't know what fixed the mouse problem, it could be the windowed command only, but with the old proton it works fine... So I don't touch it...
