If changing to fullscreen in the settings the game won't start anymore next time in steam os mode on the steam deck. For me it helped going to the desktop mode, start the game, where it did work, and disable fullscreen.
Started the game in desktop mode and accepted the license agreement of the installer. Physx must not be deactivated in the game settings in my case.

Game doesn't work out of the box. It just doesn't start. Seems the problem can be only solved in desktop mode.
I installed the game on my 512 gb steam deck which has the latest steam os updates. The game didn't start tho. I then changed the version of proton to 8.0.3 and also to experimental and still didn't work. Changing to proton 7.0.6 make it work then.

Game didn't work out of the Box. I had to change the version of proton to 7.0.6. I also replaced the start exe file like mentioned in other reports.
